THE VERY FAST FILM, STRIP AND BELT CUTTING MACHINE
Metzner QSW: The economical way to automate your production
Cutting machine especially for belts, strips, technical textilies films and simular materials
Extra long dischange conveyor
Extremely fast: 3.200 cut per minute. 800 cuts in the stop and go mode, when the knife stops before each cut.
The Metztner QSW has been specially developed as a film, strip and belt cutting machine. For this reason, the material is not guided by belts but by two rollers. These rollers can be adjusted in relation to each other. This guarantees that even thin materials are guided in the correct position. An outstanding advantage for films and other materials with low stiffness, which, due to their material properties, easily curl or shift if they are only guided laterally. Also, the Metzner QSW makes no compromises when it comes to cutting force. The cylinder specially developed by Metzner is only available in the QSW and the ST-OB. It delivers an impressive 2,200 N at 6 bar. This enables you to automatically produce extremely clean belts, strips, films and tapes.
APPLICATIONS
The Metzner QSW ist a film, strip and belt cutting machine and also suitable for similar materials. The materials are brought via rollers to the processing unit.
